摘要
目的 研究师范院校学生睡眠状况及应对方式、情绪智力对睡眠的影响.方法 采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、情绪智力问卷(WLEIS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对成都师范学院9 408 名大学生进行调查,运用x2 检验及Logistic回归模型进行统计分析.结果 师范院校学生睡眠质量得分为(5.05±3.00)分,高于大学生常模睡眠质量得分(4.54±2.37)分,Logistic回归发现:消极应对(OR=1.095,P<0.001)是睡眠质量的危险因子;积极应对(OR=0.666,P<0.001)、自我情绪的管理能力(OR=0.946,P<0.001)、情绪运用能力(OR=0.939,P<0.001)、他人情绪的识别与表达(OR=-0.026,P=0.001)是睡眠质量的保护因子.结论 ①师范院校学生睡眠质量变差.②积极应对方式、有效管控自我情绪、合理运用情绪及明锐察觉到他人情绪等方式可减少睡眠障碍的发生.
Abstract
Objective To study the sleep status,coping style and emotional intelligence of normal college students.Methods A total of 9 408 normal college students in Chengdu Normal Umiversity were investigated with the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire(WLEIS)and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).x2 test and binary logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis.Results The average score of sleep quality of normal college students was(5.05±3.00),higher than the average score of sleep quality of college students(4.54±2.37).Logistic regression found that negative coping(OR=1.095,P<0.001)was a risk factor for sleep quality,positive coping(OR=0.666,P<0.001),self-emotion management ability(OR=0.946,P<0.001),emotion application ability(OR=0.939,P<0.001),and recognition and expression of others'emotions(OR=-0.026,P=0.001)were protective factors of sleep quality.Conclusion The sleep quality of normal college students becomes worse.Active coping style,effective control of self-emotion,rational use of emotion and sharp awareness of others'emotions could reduce the occurrence of sleep disorders.
