Objective To explore the relationship of proactive personality,perceived social support,adaptability,online self-regulated learning and its mechanism.Methods A total of 511 college students were tested by using Proactive Personality Scale,Adaptability Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Online Self-Regulated Learning Scale.Results ① Proactive personality positively predict online self-regulated learning;② Proactive personality could directly and positively predict perceived social support,thereby playing a role in online self-regulated learning.Additionally,it could also directly and positively predict adaptability,which has a positive impact on the performance of online self-regulated learning.Conclusion Adaptability and perceived social support play a chain mediating role between proactive personality and online self-regulated learning.
