摘要

目的 探讨主动性人格对网络自我调节学习的影响及领悟社会支持、适应能力在其中的作用.方法 采用主动性人格量表、适应能力量表、领悟社会支持量表和网络自我调节学习量表对 511 名在校大学生进行调查.结果 ①主动性人格能够正向预测网络自我调节学习;②主动性人格可以通过直接正向预测领悟社会支持从而对网络自我调节学习起作用,也可通过直接正向预测适应能力对网络自我调节学习的表现产生积极影响.结论 领悟社会支持和适应能力在主动性人格对网络自我调节学习的影响中起到链式中介作用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship of proactive personality,perceived social support,adaptability,online self-regulated learning and its mechanism.Methods A total of 511 college students were tested by using Proactive Personality Scale,Adaptability Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Online Self-Regulated Learning Scale.Results ① Proactive personality positively predict online self-regulated learning;② Proactive personality could directly and positively predict perceived social support,thereby playing a role in online self-regulated learning.Additionally,it could also directly and positively predict adaptability,which has a positive impact on the performance of online self-regulated learning.Conclusion Adaptability and perceived social support play a chain mediating role between proactive personality and online self-regulated learning.
