摘要

目的 了解大学生焦虑抑郁的现状,探讨公我意识、内控型归因与焦虑抑郁之间的关系.方法 采用抑郁—焦虑—压力量表的简体中文版(DASS-21)、自我意识量表(SCS)、多维度—多归因因果量表(MMCS)对300名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 ①大学生的焦虑抑郁水平普遍较高,且不同性别、年级、独生与否大学生的焦虑抑郁水平差异具有统计学意义;②公我意识与焦虑抑郁呈正相关(r=0.229,P<0.001),公我意识与内控型归因呈正相关(r=0.230,P<0.01),内控型归因与焦虑抑郁呈正相关(r=0.504,P<0.01);③内控型归因在公我意识与焦虑抑郁之间发挥部分中介作用,中介作用占比为 47.62%.结论 公我意识不仅能够直接影响大学生的焦虑抑郁情绪,还会通过影响大学生对负性事件的内控型归因倾向间接导致其产生焦虑抑郁情绪.

Abstract

Objective To understand the current situation of anxiety and depression among college students,and to explore the relationship between public self-awareness,internal locus of control attribution,and anxiety and depression.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 college students using the Depression,Anxiety and Stress Scale-21(DASS-21)in simplified Chinese,the Self-Consciousness Scale(SCS),and the Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale(MMCS).Results ① The anxiety and depression levels of college students were generally high,and there were significant differences in anxiety and depression levels among college students of different genders,grades,and whether they were the only child in the family;② There was a significant positive correlation between public self-awareness and anxiety and depression(r=0.229,P<0.001),a significant positive correlation between public self-awareness and internal locus of control attribution(r=0.230,P<0.001),and a significant positive correlation between internal locus of control attribution and anxiety and depression(r=0.504,P<0.001);③ Internal locus of control attribution played a partial mediating role between public self-awareness and anxiety and depression,with the mediating effect accounting for 47.62%of the total effect.Conclusion Public self-awareness can not only directly affect the anxiety and depression of college students,but also indirectly lead to their anxiety and depression by influencing their tendency towards internal locus of control attribution towards negative events.
