摘要
目的 探讨高职院校学生家庭经济状况和生涯适应力的关系.方法 采用人口学变量调查表、积极心理资本问卷、大学生生涯适应力问卷对5 085名高职学生进行测量.结果 ①家庭经济状况、勤工时间、心理资本、生涯适应力之间呈两两相关(P<0.05);②勤工时长在高职学生家庭经济状况和生涯适应力之间起着部分中介作用;③勤工时长、心理资本在高职学生家庭经济状况和生涯适应力的关系中起链式中介作用.结论 高职学生经济状况越困难,勤工时间越长,心理资本越高,进而生涯适应力越强.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between family economic status and career adaptability of vocational college students.Methods A total of 5 085 students was enrolled in the present research to fill out the demographic variable survey,the positive psychological capital questionnaire,and the college student career adaptability questionnaire.Results ①There were significant correlations among family economic status,work-study duration,psychological capital,and career adaptability.②Work-study duration,respectively,played a partial mediating role between the family financial condition and the career adaptability of vocational college students.③Work-study duration and psychological capital played a chain-mediated effect on the family economic status and the career adaptability of vocational college students.Conclusion When vocational college students are in more difficult economic status,the longer work-study duration,and the higher their psychological capital,they will have stronger career adaptability.
