摘要

目的 探讨大学生主动性人格与职业期望的关系及自我效能感在其中的中介作用,为高校开展大学生职业生涯辅导提供借鉴.方法 采用职业期望量表、主动性人格量表、一般自我效能感量表,对山西医科大学483名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 主动性人格可直接影响大学生职业期望(β=0.292),95%CI(0.161,0.423),不包括0,关系显著,其直接效应占总效应的75.1%;也可通过大学生自我效能感间接影响大学生职业期望(β=0.327),95%CI(0.131,0.523),不包括0,中介效应显著,其间接效应占总效应的24.7%,自我效能感起部分中介的作用.结论 大学生主动性人格可以直接影响职业期望,也可通过大学生自我效能感间接影响职业期望.

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between the proactive personality of college students and career expectations and the intermediary role of self-efficacy,so as to provide reference for college students to carry out career counseling in major universities.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 483 college students form Shanxi Medical Umiversity using the Career Expectation Scale,the Proactive Personality Scale and the General Self-efficacy Scale.Results Proactive personality could directly affect college students'career expectations(β=0.292),with 95%confidence interval of(0.161,0.423),excluding 0.The relationship was significant.The direct effect accounted for 75.1%of the total effect.It could also indirectly affect college students'career expectations through their self-efficacy(β=0.327),with 95%confidence interval of(0.131,0.523),excluding 0.The mediating effect was significant.The indirect effect accounted for 24.7%of the total effect,with self-efficacy playing a part of the intermediary role.Conclusion Proactive personality of college students could directly affect career expectations,or indirectly affect career expectations through their self-efficacy.
