摘要

目的 探讨小学高年级学生体育锻炼、社会支持与学习倦怠的关系.方法 采用青少年体力活动问卷、儿童青少年社会支持评定量表和小学生学习倦怠现状量表对1 276名小学高年级学生进行调查.结果 ①体育锻炼与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.257,P<0.001);体育锻炼与学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.262,P<0.001);社会支持与学校倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.488,P<0.001);②社会支持在体育锻炼与小学高年级学生学习倦怠之间起部分中介作用(中介效应值为-0.116,在总效应中占比44.27%).结论 体育锻炼直接负向预测小学高年级学生学习倦怠,并通过社会支持的中介作用间接影响小学高年级学生的学习倦怠.

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between physical exercise,social support and academic burnout among upper primary school students.Methods A total of 1 276 upper primary school students were surveyed with the Physical Exercise Questionnaire for Adolescents,the Social Support Rating Scale for Children and Adolescents,and the Learning Burnout Status Scale for Primary School Students.Results ① Physical exercise was positively related to social support(r=0.257,P<0.001),but physical activity was negatively related to learning burnout(r=-0.262,P<0.001).Social support was negatively related to learning burnout(r=-0.488,P<0.001).②Social support partially mediated the relationship between physical exercise and learning burnout among upper primary school students.The mediating effect value was-0.116,which accounted for 44.27%of the total effect.Conclusion Physical exercise directly and negatively affects the learning burnout of upper primary school students,and indirectly affects their learning burnout through the mediating role of social support.
