大学生心理资本的课程干预研究

摘要
目的 了解大学生心理资本的课程干预效果.方法 采用单因素实验设计方法验证干预课程效果,以许海元编制的《大学生心理资本量表》为测验工具,对参与课程的被试在课程实施前、课程实施后以及课程实施后 3 个月分别进行心理资本水平测试.结果 心理资本总分、自我效能、韧性 3 个方面的分数在干预前、干预后、3 个月后追踪 3 个时间点之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理资本视角下的大学生心理健康教育课程能够有效提高大学生心理资本水平.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of the mental health education curriculum from the perspective of psychological capital.Methods The single factor experimental method was used to verify the effect of the intervention course.The Psychological Capital Scale for College Students compiled by Xu Haiyuan was used as a test tool.The psychological capital level of the participants was tested before,after and 3 months after the implementation of the course.Results There were significant differences in that of the post-test data,the pre-test data and the tracking test after 3 months(P<0.05),in the three aspects of psychological capital total score,self-efficacy and resilience.Conclusion The mental health education curriculum from the perspective of psychological capital can effectively improve the level of psychological capital of college students.
