高职新生自我和谐与孤独感的关系:安全感的中介作用

摘要
目的 探讨安全感是否在高职新生自我和谐对孤独感的影响中起中介作用,为有效干预高职新生心理问题提供实证依据.方法 采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、UCLA孤独量表及安全感量表(SQ)对山西省某医学职业院校 343 名大学新生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行方差分析、相关分析以及中介效应检验.结果 ①高职新生不同的自我和谐水平在孤独感(F=57.05,P<0.001)、人际安全感(F=67.86,P<0.001)和确定控制感(F=67.86,P<0.001)上差异有统计学意义.②相关分析结果显示:自我和谐与孤独感得分呈正相关(r=0.623,P<0.01),自我和谐与安全感得分呈负相关(r=-0.697,P<0.01);孤独感与安全感得分呈负相关(r=-0.656,P<0.01).③中介检验分析结果显示,人际安全感和确定控制感在自我和谐和孤独感间起部分中介作用.结论 高职新生的安全感在自我和谐对孤独感的影响中具有部分中介作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore whether security has the mediating role among the freshmen in higher vocational colleges while dealing with self harmony and loneliness.To provide an empirical evidence for interventing the psychological problems of freshmen in higher vocational colleges.Methods A total of 343 freshmen from a medical vocational college in Shanxi Province were investigated by Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS),UCLA Loneliness Scale,and SQ(Security Questionnaire).Then carry out ANOVA,correlation analysis and mediating effect test.Results ① There were significant differences in loneliness(F=57.05,P<0.001),interpersonal security(F=67.86,P<0.001)and certainty in control(F=67.86,P<0.001)among the different levels of self harmony.② Self harmony was positively correlated with loneliness(r=0.623,P<0.01)while it was negatively correlated with security(r=-0.697,P<0.01).Loneliness was negatively correlated with security(r=-0.656,P<0.01).③ The mediating test showed that interpersonal security and certainty in control played a partial mediating role between self harmony and loneliness.Conclusion Our findings suggest that security among freshmen in higher vocational colleges plays a partial mediating role in the influence of self harmony on loneliness.
