摘要

目的 分析大学生社交网站成瘾现状及相关因素,为从积极心理角度干预大学生社交网站成瘾提供依据.方法 采用整群方便抽样法于2024年5月选取淮安市5所本、专科院校抽取2 437名大学生为研究对象,采用社交网站成瘾量表、核心自我评价量表、社会支持量表调查大学生社交网站成瘾现状及影响因素.结果 淮安市大学生社交网站成瘾均分为(3.12±1.26)分,不同性别、家庭长期居住地、院校类型大学生社交网站成瘾得分差异均有统计学意义(t=-9.99,-5.13,-4.09,P均<0.001).多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、家庭长期居住地、院校类型、核心自我评价、社会支持均为大学生社交网站成瘾的影响因素(β值分别为0.35,0.11,0.24,-0.27,-0.56,P均<0.001).结论 一线教育工作者应通过心理健康教育课程与活动,从提升大学生核心自我评价,加强社会支持感知等方面增强其心理健康水平,降低社交网站成瘾的风险.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current status and related factors of social media addiction among college students and provide a reference for interventions targeting social media addiction from a positive psychological perspective.Methods A total of 2 437 college students was selected by a cluster convenient sampling method from five undergraduate and junior college institutions in Huai'an City in May 2024 as the research subjects.The Social Media Addiction Scale,Core Self-Evaluation Scale,and Social Support Scale were utilized to assess the current status of social media addiction and its influencing factors among college students.Results The average score for social media addiction among college students in Huai'an City was 3.12±1.26.Gender,long-term family residence,and college type showed statistically significant differences in social media addiction scores(t=-9.99,-5.13,-4.09,respectively,all P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that gender,long-term family residence,college type,core self-evaluation,and social support were all influencing factors for social media addiction among college students(β=0.35,0.11,0.24,-0.27,-0.56,respectively,all P<0.001).Conclusion Frontline educators should enhance college students'mental health through psychological health education courses and activities,focusing on improving core self-evaluation and strengthening social support,to reduce the risk of social media addiction.
