摘要
甘肃省档案馆藏有清末新疆一份年度义学费用请销呈报,翔实列出了光绪年间新疆义学的分布州县,延聘塾师的薪饷,塾师的身份学历,民汉兼收的义学生源等等信息.从中还可进一步窥知,义学各塾堂在启蒙教育中的积极意义,在与经堂教育争夺教育主导地位中不可低估的作用.又各义学塾师身份、姓名、薪酬、经费支拨情况的具细记录提供的确凿信息,为史志记载的清末新疆义学教育提供了实证资料,也可厘清以往对义学经费来源的片面见解.
Abstract
An annual expense report of Yi-xue in Xinjiang,late Qing Dynasty is stored in the col-lection of the Archives of Gansu Province,which thoroughly outlines the information such as the geo-graphical distribution of Yi-xue in Xinjiang,salaries of the teachers employed,their identities,and the student demographics during the Guangxu era.This document also sheds light on the significance of Shu-tang(塾堂)in Yi-xue for the early education,which had played an indisputably vital role during the competition between the Yi-xue and the Jing-xue system over the educational dominance.The detailed re-cords of things such as the identities,names,and pays of the teachers in the document further provide concrete corroboration for the descriptions of the Yi-xue system in Xinjiang,late Qing dynasty in the his-toric texts.The previous understandings of the funding sources for Yi-xue can be testified by it as well.
