通过与以往的游记和地理著述的比较,分析了 13～14世纪阿拉伯游记和舆地文献在研究资料来源和著述形式、研究主旨和研究方法、研究视野和记述内容等方面所发生的变化,并依据相关文献记述,探讨了该时期阿拉伯游记和舆地文献的文学价值、地理学价值和史料价值,认为这些文献对研究该时期丝绸之路具有很高的参考价值.
Abstract
Based on comparisons of past travel writings and geographic works,this article analysed the changes in various aspects of the Arabic geographic documents and travel writings of the 13th-14th century CE.These include the sources of studying materials,prose,research methodologies,scopes,and contents.By integrating relevant historic documents,this article also discussed the literary,geo-graphic,and historical significance of the Arabic geographic documents and travel writings during this period.It is argued that these texts are of great value for studying the Silk Road of this period.
