延安时期中国共产党涉藏民族工作探析

摘要
长征时期红军途经四川西部藏族地区,因红四方面军主要领导人张国焘在民族工作方面存在失误,导致红军和当地藏族群众关系紧张.延安时期,中国共产党认真总结民族工作经验教训,形成了比较明确的民族理论与政策.同时,延安时期党中央注意培养藏族民族干部骨干,形成了一支对涉藏工作有深入研究的专业人才队伍,产生了一批涉藏工作的研究成果,党的民族政策宣传增强了藏族群众的中华民族认同.延安时期实现了民族政策的转变,改变了民族工作的思路,储备了干部和人才,对之后和平解放西藏及治理西藏和四省涉藏地区奠定了政治、理论和干部基础.
Abstract
During the Long March,when the Red Army passed through the Tibetan-inhabited areas in western Si-chuan,the relationship between the Red Army and the local Tibetan people deteriorated due to the mistakes made by Zhang Guotao,the main leader of the Red Fourth Front Army,in ethnic work.During the Yan'an period,the Communist Party of China(CPC)seriously summarized the lessons learned from its ethnic work,and then pro-posed a relatively specific ethnic theory and policy.At the same time,the CPC Central Committee paid attention to cultivating Tibetan cadres,and building a team of professionals to do in-depth research on Tibet-related work,and made some research achievements on Tibet-related work.The publicity of the Party's ethnic policy en-hanced the Tibetan people's sense of Chinese national identity.During the Yan'an period,the transformation of ethnic policy was realized,the ethnic work concepts changed,and cadres and talent reserve was done.These en-deavors laid the political,theoretical and cadre foundation for the subsequent peaceful liberation of Tibet and the subsequent governance of Tibet and Tibetan-inhabited areas in the other four provinces.
