Research on Tibet's High-quality Integration into the Belt and Road Construction From the Perspective of Overall Development and Security
From the perspective of overall development and security,Tibet plays an important role in the joint con-struction of the Belt and Road Initiative.Tibet has been actively integrated into the Belt and Road construction for ten years.The interconnection network has been continuously woven,the regional exchange and cooperation has been continuously deepened,and the vivid energy in the development has been continuously activated.It has become an important hub channel and the most cutting-edge"bridgehead"for China's open development in South Asia.However,due to the weak economic and industrial foundation,overseas geopolitical constraints,over-lapping security and stability risks and other factors,the formation of Tibet's nodes in the Belt and Road chain is limited,which hinders Tibet's active integration into the Initiative and increases the security risks of Tibet's inte-gration into the Belt and Road construction.In this regard,in order to promote Tibet's high-quality integration in-to the construction from the perspective of overall development and security,it is necessary to deal with the rela-tionship between industrial upgrading and ecological protection,obeying the overall situation and promoting lo-cal development,opening up,security and stability.
