On the Theoretical Value of Tibetan Tsema and its Role as a Rational Tool
Tsema(hetuvidya,the"science of reasoning,"hence"logic and dialectics"),originated in ancient India,was introduced into Tibet with Buddhism.After more than a thousand years of development and evolution,it has been thoroughly integrated into the traditional Tibetan culture,and has completed its transformation,becoming an important part of the traditional Tibetan culture.As a study of Buddhist philosophy and logical methodology,tsema itself has an important theoretical value and a role as a rational tool,being the basic theory and effective method for justifying its sectarian thoughts and doctrinal insights.After the formation of Tibetan tsema,its thoughts and theories has been constantly enriched and developed,and its role as a rational tool has been further strengthened and applied,as a result,it has already become an important rational tool of the traditional Tibetan culture,effectively enhancing the dialectical thinking ability of the Tibetan people,and providing theoretical sup-port for the inheritance and development of the traditional Tibetan culture.This paper,with the basic theories of Tibetan tsema as the research object,its philosophical thoughts and theoretical methods as the research theme,digs deeper into its theoretical value and methodological significance by analyzing its philosophical thoughts and theoretical methods,so as to promote the prosperity and development of the traditional Tibetan culture,and to serve the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional Tibetan culture.
