Boundary and Construction of an Industrial Park Ecosystem for the City Cluster of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
With the new development pattern,the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,as the core area of"the Belt and Road",should take the city cluster therein,especially the industrial parks,as an important carrier to promote ecological protection and high-quality development.It is urgent to demarcate the boundaries of the ecosystem there and build a high-quality development ecosystem with industrial ecology,natural ecology,and social ecology as its main components.After having done an in-depth analysis of the key problems faced by the industrial parks of the city cluster on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the process of ecosystem construction,such as the low degree of resource agglomeration,the instability of green circular development,the poor city-industry integration,and the lack of multi-dimensional cooperation system,we propose an effective path to build an ecosystem for the indus-trial parks of the city cluster on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in terms of forming an progressive development mode,improving green circular operation and management,facilitating the transformation of ecological parks into eco-communities,and improving the effectiveness of enclave economic cooperation.
