Research on the Implementation Effect of Aid-Tibet Policy in Education Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation——Taking"Teaching Assistance Programme"as an Example
The work of aiding Tibet in education is so special,complex and arduous that the scientific evaluation of its implementation effect can not only master the new requirements of the educational development in Tibet in the new era,but also can ensure the aid-Tibet policy implemented smoothly and achieve effective results.Tak-ing"Teaching Assistance Programme"as an example,this research constructs the evaluation index system of the implementation effect for the education support programme in Tibet from the three dimensions of the subject of education policy,the object of education policy and the environment of education policy by comprehensively ap-plying Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.It also evaluates the implementation of the"Teaching Assistance Programme"in various prefectures and municipalities of Tibet so as to provide refer-ence and suggestions for the formulation and evaluation of future education policies for Tibet.
