西藏企业数字化转型的动因和作用机理研究

数字经济已成为波动性经济增长中最具韧性和创新性的重要组成部分,企业数字化转型是发展数字经济的核心内涵和关键任务.文章基于西藏企业数字化转型专题调研的微观数据,采用有序Probit模型检验各动因对企业数字化转型决策的影响,并提出对策建议.研究发现:降低用工成本、提升生产效率和开拓新市场这三类动因均会对企业数字化转型决策产生显著促进效应,这一结论在经过稳健性和内生性检验后依然成立;三类动因对企业数字化转型路径的影响呈现差异性.具体来说,在效率驱动下企业更愿意通过组织和管理实现数字化转型;专注市场的企业更倾向于采用产品和服务实现数字化转型;在成本和效率的共同驱使下企业更容易通过采购和营销的敏捷化网络方式推进数字化转型;而对倾向于通过生产和研发等业务的智能化推进数字化转型的企业来讲,三种动因均影响显著但作用强度有所不同.由此,从企业、政府层面提出深入推进西藏企业数字化转型的对策.
Research on the Motivation and Mechanism of Digital Transformation of Tibet's Enterprises
Digital economy has become the most resilient,innovative and important component of volatile econom-ic growth,and the digital transformation of enterprises is the core connotation and key task of developing digital economy.Based on the micro-data of the special survey on the digital transformation of the enterprises in Tibet,this research tests the influence of every driver on the decision-making of enterprises'digital transformation by adopting the Ordered Probit Model and then puts forward some suggestions.It is found that all three types of drivers,namely,reducing labor costs,improving productivity and exploring new markets,have a significant ef-fect on the decision of enterprises'digital transformation,and this conclusion still holds after robustness and en-dogeneity tests.However,the impact of the three types of drivers on the path of enterprises'digital transforma-tion shows differentiation,specifically,efficiency-driven enterprises are more willing to achieve digital transfor-mation through organization and management,while market-focused enterprises are more likely to to achieve it through their products and services,the cost and efficiency-driven enterprises are more inclined to push for-ward their digital transformation through the agile network approach of purchasing and marketing.The three types of drivers have significant impacts on the enterprises which tend to promote their digital transformation through intelligentizing their production,research and development,but with different intensities of their im-pacts.Based on the findings,some strategies of promoting the digital transformation of Tibet's enterprises are suggested to for the government and the enterprises.
