Logic,Dilemma and Practical Concepts:A Study of New Quality Productivity Enabling Rural Revitalization in Tibet under the Perspective of Digital Economy
As an innovative outcome of the sinicization and modernization of Marxism,new quality productive forc-es inherits and advances the Marxist theory of productivity,while further deepening and expanding Xi Jinping's economic thoughts.In the context of a new wave of technological and industrial transformations,coupled with the rise of the digital economy,new quality productive forces offer vast theoretical and practical potential for promot-ing rural revitalization.This paper elucidates the logical relationship between the digital economy,new quality productive forces,and rural revitalization,with a specific focus on Tibet.Given Tibet's unique characteristics-ethnic diversity,frontier location,and alpine environment-we have identified three key challenges:infrastructure development,talent cultivation,and institutional construction.To address these challenges,we propose a compre-hensive strategy that includes accelerating the development of digital infrastructure,enhancing the digital litera-cy of farmers and herdsmen,strengthening digital system construction,promoting the modernization of digital governance,refining the cultivation system for digital talent,and advancing the development of a digital eco-agri-culture and animal husbandry system.
