The logic of occurrence of"ideological and political presence"in political science is not solely based on Marxist ideology,but also reflects Chinese historical and cultural traditions.This concept is a practical summary of the recovery and development of political science since the reform and opening up.During the development of the discipline since the reform and opening up,and particularly in the new era,the historical subjectivity of"ideological and political education of curriculum"has been effectively utilized,resulting in a strong sense of discipline and professional confidence in the construction and development of Chinese political science.The original mission of"educating people for the Party and educating talents for the country"has been continuously practiced.The construction of political science courses is guided by the principle of"ideological and political education presence",which raises three key questions.Firstly,what is the rationale for including"ideological and political education presence"in political science curricula?Secondly,what are the objectives of this presence in political science courses?And thirdly,what mecha-nisms and pathways can be employed to realize the"ideological and political education presence"of political science courses?
