The Influence of Multiple Subjects Participation on the Effectiveness of Urban Renewal:A Case Study of the Community Renewal in the Old Urban Area of Hefei City
Urban renewal is one of the strategic goals of China's new idea of urban development,and the participation of multiple subjects determines the significance and effect of the renewal work.In order to investigate the influence of multiple subjects'participation on the effectiveness of urban renewal,the study takes eight communities among urban renewal project in the old urban area of Hefei City as the research object.An urban renewal index system is constructed under the perspective of multiple subjects'participation,and the influence of each subject's participation on the perception of the effectiveness of urban renewal is quantitatively analyzed using the Mimic model(multi-factor and multi-indicator model).The results indicate that the participation of multiple subjects has a significant impact on the perceived effectiveness of urban renewal.The coefficients of the impact,in descending order,are participation of enterprises(0.366),participation of rights holders(0.274),participation of the public(0.200),and participation of the government(0.167).
