The Development and Prospect of Chinese Rural Teachers Research in the 21st Century
The development of rural teachers promotes the development of education modernization,and the research of rural teachers has been a popular topic explored by academics in recent years.This paper uses CiteSpace R3,a visual literature analysis software,to analyze the data of related literature on rural teachers research since 2000,and explores the development of rural teachers and the research frontiers from various perspectives,including the number of publications,core authors,research institutions and keywords.It is found that the hotspots of rural teacher research focus on policy support,educational equity,professional development,balanced development and rural revitalization,which are distinctive in terms of time,space and nodes.Future research on rural teacher development should focus on the impact of policies on rural teachers,strengthen teachers'subjective internal drive,and facilitate their cooperation and sharing.It should gain an in-depth understanding of the unique advantages of rural education and explore the forms of multi-dimensional cooperation for professional development.This study establishes a comprehensive and multidimensional evaluation mechanism to support the development of rural education and teaching,with a view to providing a reference for the further modernization and development of rural education.
