The establishment of an effective community consultative governance mechanism is a crucial element in the advancement of consultative democracy at the grassroots level and a fundamental prerequisite for the advancement of Chinese-style modernization. The operation of the urban community consultative governance mechanism in ethnic minority areas has achieved relatively significant results. However,there are still issues needed to be promoted,such as the need to strengthen the core leading capacity of community party organizations,low enthusiasm for social organizations to participate in co-governance,inadequate community innovation service capabilities,and the failure to form a synergistic force for diversified collaborative governance.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously enhance the core leading ability of party organizations,stimulate the motivation of pluralistic subjects to participate in consultative governance,enhance the effectiveness of public service supply and demand matching,and innovate the vitality of pluralistic collaborative joint governance in the four dimensions,continue to optimize the path of community consultative governance mechanism led by the Party,improve the realization of people-centered democratic politics,and enhance the effectiveness of modern community governance.
