Safety Risk Assessment of Prefabricated Building Construction Based on SEM
To strengthen the safety management of prefabricated buildings in the construction process and reduce safety risks effectively during the construction stage,24 safety risk factors were selected from 5 aspects:personnel, machinery, technology, management and environment.A safety risk assessment index system was established, applying grey relational analysis and expert scoring method, and data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The structural equation model(SEM)was established with SPSS and AMOS software, and the construction safety risk indicators of prefabricated buildings were verified and analyzed. Finally, the path coefficient of SEM was used to calculate the weight of each index. The research results show that personnel, machinery, technology, management and environment all have a significant impact on the construction stage of prefabricated buildings,of which the mechanical factor is the most influential, followed by the personnel factor.Timely supervision and management of the production quality of prefabricated components and the quality of components leaving the factory,as well as strong training on the safety awareness of construction personnel, are the key to effectively reducing the safety risk of prefabricated buildings.
