The Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures of Low-carbon Building Development from the Perspective of Stakeholders
Identifying the constraints of low-carbon building development can promote the development process of low-carbon buildings.Firstly, the three-dimensional perspective method is used to select the main stakeholders of low-carbon building projects as the government, employers, contractors and consumers. Then, with the four major stakeholders as the core,16 factors affecting the development of low-carbon buildings are selected through literature analysis and expert interviews. The questionnaire method is used to quantify the degree of restriction of the factors. On this basis, the principal component analysis method is used to process the data and extract the key factors of market, technology, consciousness, policy and economy. Finally, based on the behavior ability and characteristics of the relevant stakeholders, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of low-carbon buildings are put forward.
