污水处理厂超深基坑锚索施工方案应用研究与分析

为研究深大基坑多层锚索的施工期间对深基坑周边地表的沉降影响规律和支护结构的变形协调作用,以合肥市钟油坊污水处理厂超大深基坑工程为依托,结合实际工程中支护结构和周边环境的监测数据,采用FLAC3D对该基坑每层锚索施工阶段进行数值模拟分析,并对比研究每层锚索施工过程中的支护结构侧移、周边地表沉降以及支护方案空间效应,揭示锚索施工期间基坑变形规律.研究结果表明:锚索支护体系可有效控制基坑周边地表沉降和支护结构顶部的侧向位移;锚索支护体系具有明显的空间水平约束效应,锚索施工期间基坑周边围护桩都呈现中间水平位移大、基坑拐角水平位移小的特点;随着施工的进行,各层锚索轴力逐渐增大,先施工的锚索轴力普遍大于后施工的锚索轴力;由于后施工锚索轴力平均损失率较大,虽然能保证锚索的正常施工,但对基坑周边地表沉降产生明显的影响,影响范围约为基坑深度的2倍.
Application Study and Analysis of Construction Scheme of Anchor Cable for Ultra-deep Foundation Pit of Sewage Plant
In order to study the settlement influence law on the surface around the deep foundation pit and the deformation coordination role of the supporting structure during the construction of multi-layer anchor cables in the deep large foundation pit,based on the Hefei Zhongyoufang Wastewater Treatment Plant oversized deep foundation pit project,and combined with the monitoring data of the supporting structure and the surrounding environment in the actual project,numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the construction stage of each layer of anchor cables in this foundation pit by using FLAC3D,and the comparative study of the construction stage of each layer of anchor cable is carried out.Numerical simulation analysis of each layer of anchor cable construction stage is carried out by using FLAC3D,and comparative study of lateral shift of support structure,surrounding surface settlement and spatial effect of support scheme during the construction process of each layer of anchor cable is carried out to reveal the deformation law of the pit during the construction of anchor cable.The results show that:the anchor cable support system can effectively control the surface settlement around the pit and the lateral displacement of the top of the support structure;the anchor cable support system has obvious spatial horizontal constraint effect,and during the construction of anchor cable,the surrounding piles of the pit show large horizontal displacement in the middle,and small horizontal displacement in the comers of the pit;the axial force of each layer of the anchor cable gradually increases with the construction,and the axial force of the first construction is generally larger than that of the later construction;due to the anchor cable axial force of each layer of the anchor cable,the axial force of the first construction is larger than that of the later construction;and the axial force of the anchor cable of the later construction is greater than that of the first construction.With the construction,the axial force of each layer of anchor cable gradually increases,and the axial force of anchor cable constructed first is generally larger than that of anchor cable constructed later;due to the larger average loss rate of the axial force of anchor cable constructed after the construction,although it can guarantee the normal construction of the anchor cable,it has a significant impact on the surface settlement around the pit,and the impact range is about 2 H(H is the depth of the pit).
