A Mechanical Analysis and Modal Simulation of the Stirrer in TMR Feed Preparation Machine
The rapid development of animal husbandry in China has led to an increased demand for higher-quality feed.A digital model of the various components of the Ningxia New-volkswagen 9HLSJ-20 vertical and 9JGW-5 horizontal mixing device was created using 3D software.Subsequently,the virtual assembly of the equipment was completed,thereby providing a visual representation of the structure of the TMR mixer.This study examines the fundamental components of the vertical and horizontal full-mixed ration preparation machine,and analyses and calculates the stirring speeds,establishing a speed range for the vertical stirrer of 24~72.7 rad/min,while that of the horizontal one is 20~60 rad/min.A static analysis was conducted using ANSYS Workbench software,which identified the location of the maximum stress and proposed an improvement scheme.Additionally,a modal analysis was also conducted on the vertical and horizontal stirring devices,resulting in the acquisition of the low-order intrinsic modes and mode shapes of the stirring devices.Moreover,the analysis evaluated the design of the rotating shaft speed and the potential for resonance zones to be effectively avoided.
