The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Competitiveness of Large-scale Construction Enterprises
This study concentrates on large construction enterprises and analyses the distribution of corporate social responsibility from economic,social,and environmental perspectives.The competitive indicators are classified into the following categories:market operation,technological innovation,project management,resource management,and financial performance.A structural equation model is employed to investigate the influence of fulfilling social responsibility on enhancing competitiveness.The findings support the proposition that social responsibility dimensions exert a positive influence on competitiveness.The principal factors that contribute to the fulfillment of social responsibility are the timely payment of all relevant dues,compliance with all applicable tax regulations,the delivery of high-quality projects,and the implementation of effective environmental protection measures.The enhancement of competitiveness is contingent upon the utilization of information technology,patents,financial resources,and capital growth.
