A Study on Fully Mechanized Assembly Construction Technology for Prefabricated Comprehensive Pipe Galleries
The objective of this study is to identify effective methods for enhancing the quality of prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery construction projects. To this end,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the potential benefits of fully mechanized assembly construction technology for prefabricated comprehensive pipe galleries. The underground comprehensive pipe gallery project from Wansheng South Street to Caoyuan South Street in Beijing is selected as a case study to illustrate the feasibility and potential outcomes of this technology in a real-world context. It is recommended that concrete be poured prior to construction in order to ensure the creation of a smooth foundation.Additionally, the installation of guide rails is advised in order to guarantee the precise movement of components. The components are equipped with positioning devices and adjustment rods, which facilitate the achievement of vertical correction. The installation of the components should be carried out using mechanical assembly systems and lifting shafts.Subsequently, the application of grout and waterproofing treatments should be undertaken, and the soil should be backfilled once the requisite conditions have been met.The test results demonstrate that the newly proposed technology, when employed for the fully mechanized assembly construction, results in a maximum axis deviation of 10mm for multiple components in the prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery. It is evident that this improvement in engineering quality of assembly construction is a significant advancement.
