为了保证轨道交通U箱组合连续梁节段梁架设施工安全,以天津滨海新区轨道交通为工程背景,确定了悬拼吊机技术参数,提出了现场施工准备措施,并论证了桥位处桥面吊机的吊装方案,详细介绍吊装施工工艺、节段梁装车及运输和安装验收标准.在确保安全性能的前提下,进行合龙段施工,有效保证了节段梁吊装就位的准确性,降低了劳动强度,简化了吊装作业.实践证明,U箱节段梁架铺装方法可满足工程施工需求.研究成果将为轨道交通U箱组合连续梁的施工提供新的思路和方法,为城市轨道交通建设的快速发展做出贡献.
Construction Method and Its Application of U-box Composite Continuous Girder for Rail Transit
The objective of this study is to guarantee the security of the erection of section girders for rail transit utilizing a U-box combined continuous girder.The Tianjin Binhai New Area Rail Transit project is employed as the engineering background for this study.The technical parameters of the suspension crane are determined,on-site construction preparatory measures are proposed,and the lifting scheme of the bridge crane at the bridge location is validated.Furthermore,a comprehensive introduction to the lifting construction process,loading of the section girder and acceptance standards for transport and installation is provided.As long as safety performance is guaranteed,the construction of the merging section can be carried out,which effectively ensures the accuracy of the section girder lifting in place,reduces the labor intensity and simplifies the lifting operation.The U-box segmental girder frame laying method proposed in this paper has been demonstrated to be an effective approach that meets the engineering construction requirements.The findings of this research will offer novel insights and techniques for the construction of U-box combined continuous girders for rail transit,thereby contributing to the accelerated advancement of urban rail transit infrastructure.
