摘要

6061 铝材广泛应用于航天、轨道交通、工程装备等特殊领域的高强度轻量化锻造铝合金车轮及轻量化锻造铝合金部件.在应用于铝合金轮毂时,由于轮毂应用场景复杂,经常接触并黏附泥水、原材料、化工原料等,容易发生腐蚀问题.针对 6061 铝材的防腐问题,以 6061 铝合金为基体制备了超疏水表面,并研究了不同电解质浓度、不同制备电压、不同制备时间下对铝合金疏水性能的影响,优选出最佳工艺:过氧化氢(H2O2 30%)和氯化钾溶液(2 mol/L)为电解混合液,腐蚀电压10 V,加工时间45s、频率2 次/s.所制备的铝合金超疏水表面具有很强的自清洁性能,为6061 铝合金表面防腐提供了有效工艺方法.

Abstract

The 6061 aluminium alloy is a material that is widely used in the production of high-strength,lightweight forged aluminium alloy wheels and components in a number of specialist sectors,including aerospace,rail transportation and engineering equipment.The complexity of the scenarios in which aluminium alloy wheels are used,including contact with and adherence to substances such as mud,water,raw materials and chemical raw materials,increases the likelihood of corrosion occurring.This paper addresses the corrosion problem of 6061 aluminium by preparing a superhydrophobic surface with 6061 aluminium alloy as the substrate.The effects of different electrolyte concentrations,preparation voltages and preparation times on the hydrophobic properties of the aluminium alloy are investigated,and an optimal process is selected.The electrolytic mixture comprised hydrogen peroxide(H2O2 30%)and potassium chloride solution(2 mol/L),with a corrosion voltage of 10 V and a processing time of 45 seconds.The resulting superhydrophobic surface of the aluminium alloy exhibites a strong self-cleaning property,offering an effective anti-corrosion process for the 6061 aluminium alloy surface.
