基层党建引领乡村文化振兴的机理、困境和路径

摘要
以基层党建为关键引擎推动乡村文化振兴事业发展,契合新时代党的使命与责任.从作用机理看,基层党建主是从思想引领、人才培育、组织整合三方面着力,为乡村文化振兴提供价值导向、激活内生动力和集聚各方资源.立足当前基层党建引领乡村文化振兴所面临的困境,可以从顶层设计、认同建构、主体培育、客体优化四个方面积极探索、精准施策,不断推动基层党建提质增效,谱写乡村文化振兴新篇章.
Abstract
Taking primary-level Party building as the key engine to promote the development of rural cultural revitalization is in line with the mission and responsibility of the Party in the new era.From the perspective of its mechanism,primary-lev-el Party building mainly focuses on three aspects:ideological guidance,talent cultivation,and organizational integration,in order to provide value orientation,activate endogenous momentum,and gather various resources for rural cultural revitalization.Based on the difficulties of rural cultural revitalization through primary-level Party building,we can actively explore and im-plement precise policies from four aspects:top-level design,identity construction,subject cultivation,and object optimization,continuously promote quality and efficiency of primary-level Party building,and write a new chapter in rural cultural revital-ization.
