The Generation Mechanism and Assistance Path of Rural Digital Vulnerable Groups
Digital technology can empower new models of rural governance and unleash digital dividends for rural residents.As a new technology,the integration of digital technology into rural society has also led to the differentiation of interests among different social groups in the relevant fields of digital technology.The digital vulnerable groups in rural areas are gen-erated through the interaction of the imbalanced integration of digital technology and local culture,improper allocation of digi-tal inclusion and dual disadvantages,and the imbalanced and marginalized discourse power in digital space.Therefore,we need to establish the assistance mechanism for rural digital vulnerable groups,guided by the people-centered value concept,strengthened by corporate social responsibility,and through institutional construction and empowerment,in order to achieve the inclusive effect of rural digital dividends and help achieve the goal of rural revitalization through digital rural construction.
