Realistic Dilemma and Relief Paths of Rule of Law Construction in Rural Areas in the Context of Rural Revitalization:Based on Empirical Analysis of City L in Province S
It is the inevitable requirement to analyze the theoretical logic of rule of law construction in rural areas,solve its practical dilemmas,and enhance the level of rule of law protection of farmers'rights for the realization of rural revitalization in the new era.The empirical research finds that the process of rule of law construction in rural areas is faced with dilem-mas,namely,organizational leadership capacity needs to be improved;the supply of legal rules is insufficient;the administra-tive law enforcement capacity is still weak;the effectiveness of public legal services deviates from expectations;and rule of law publicity and education are not innovative enough.To this end,it is necessary to improve the mechanism for building a multifaceted and coordinated rule of law village,promote high-quality legislation in agriculture-related areas,strengthen the capacity of agriculture-related administrative law enforcement,optimize the multifaceted supply mechanism for rural public le-gal services,and improve the ways of law publicity in order to give full play to the role of rule of law for guiding,confirming and safeguarding rural revitalization.
