摘要
2024年中央一号文件指出,要打好乡村全面振兴漂亮仗,绘就宜居宜业和美乡村新画卷,以加快农业农村现代化更好推进中国式现代化建设.建设宜居宜业和美乡村,关键在人,人才对推进和美乡村建设具有重要意义,同时新时代和美乡村建设也对人才培养提出了新的发展要求.党的十八大以来,乡村人才培养迎来诸多发展机遇,同时也面临着乡村人才培养与人才需求不相适应、乡村人才培养主体力量发挥不充分、乡村人才培养体系有待进一步完善、乡村环境对人才吸引力相对偏弱等现实难题.鉴于此,要从结构性改革、主体共同体构建、体制机制建设、乡村环境改善等方面出发,为乡村人才培养助力和美乡村建设提供路径选择.
Abstract
The No.1 document of the Central government in 2024 points out that we should do well in comprehensive rural revitalization and draw a new picture of harmonious and beautiful villages,so as to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and better promote Chinese modernization.The key to building a harmonious and beautiful countryside lies in talent.Talent training is of great significance in promoting the construction of the harmonious and beautiful rural areas,and the harmonious and beautiful rural construction in the new era needs new requirements for talent training.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,talent training has many development opportunities,but it is also faced with practical problems as follows:Rural talent training and talent demand are unfit;the main force of rural talent training is not fully played;the rural talent training system needs to be further improved;and the rural environment is not relatively at-tractive to talent.In view of this,this paper provides the ways from the aspects of structural reform,the construction of the main subjectivity community,the system and mechanism construction,and the improvement of the rural environment,so as to advance the harmonious and beautiful rural construction with rural talent training.
