How Can New Quality Productive Forces Empower the Revitalization of Rural Industries from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization
The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)stressed that we should further deepen reform in an all-round way around the promotion of Chinese modernization.Based on the new develop-ment stage,new quality productive forces empowering industrial revitalization in rural areas is an important measure to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.Based on the paradigm of structural functionalism theory,this paper constructs a framework of element structure function analysis to sort out the three-level progressive logic of driving forces conversion,val-ue extension,and qualitative leap in the revitalization of industries empowered by new quality productive forces.The weak support of industrial factors,delayed transformation of industrial structure,and imbalanced coordination of industrial functions have hindered the high-quality development of rural areas.Therefore,we should supply new factors and embed new driving forces for industrial revitalization;iterate new structures and develop new models for industrial revitalization;strengthen new function and leap up the new quality and efficiency of industrial revitalization.And we explore a feasible path for new quali-ty productive forces to enable rural industrial revitalization,help urban and rural integration development,agricultural and ru-ral modernization,and promote the construction of Chinese modernization.
