摘要
乡村振兴战略是党中央作出的重大战略部署,而新质生产力是推进乡村振兴的重要推动力,其作用机理体现在政治、经济、社会、生态、文化等多个维度.文章分析了一些地区在推进乡村振兴过程中存在的一些问题,从乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等方面提出了以新质生产力助推乡村振兴的政策建议.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the central leadership of the Party,and new quality productive forces serve as an essential driving force for promoting rural revitalization.Its mechanisms are mani-fested across political,economic,social,ecological,cultural aspects.The study analyzes some problems that exist in the pro-cess of promoting rural revitalization in some areas,and proposes policy recommendations for developing new quality produc-tive forces and advancing rural revitalization from the aspects of industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations in rural areas.
