Roles,Constraints and Breakthrough Paths of Veterans in Helping Rural Revitalization
Veterans are important new forces for rural revitalization.To study their supporting roles,restrictive factors and breakthrough paths for rural revitalization is conducive to better playing the roles of veterans and promote comprehensive ru-ral revitalization.In the study,the roles of veterans in helping rural revitalization are summarized as promoting the supply and optimization of human resources in rural revitalization,promoting common prosperity through rural innovations and entre-preneurship,promoting rural social governance,promoting rural cultural construction,and helping to promote rural economic and social development.However,the main factors restricting the veterans in helping rural revitalization are inadequate and imperfect training and education,incomplete and unbalanced policy support and resource distribution,untimely and unsmooth social cognition and integration,and imperfect security institutions and unsound systems.To solve the constraints,we need to start from the following ways:optimizing the content of education and training,and promoting the employment and entrepre-neurship of veterans;strengthening government policy support to promote the availability of resource allocation for veterans;adhering to the positive guidance of rational understanding of veterans,promoting their integration with the rural society;strengthening institutional guarantees for veterans and improving specialized services.
