The Path of Digital Village Construction in Ethnic Poverty Alleviation Areas:Based on the Analysis of 12 Regional Pilots
The construction of digital villages is not only a good plan to consolidate the achievements in poverty alleviation,but also a key measure to achieve national prosperity and unity.Focusing on the three conditions of ethnic minority settle-ments,former national-level poverty-stricken counties(cities,banners)and digital village pilots,this article selects 12 typical areas for comprehensive analysis of information texts,and summarizes the typical experience of digital villages in ethnic pov-erty alleviation areas based on the three-dimensional analysis framework of"technology-organization-environment".The study finds that the current construction of digital villages in ethnic poverty alleviation areas is carried out in three direc-tions:infrastructure digitalization,digital governance,and digital economy,but it is still in a relatively preliminary stage,and the construction of digital villages in ethnic poverty alleviation areas is constrained by serious technology sinking commercial-ization,poor organizational digital literacy,and weak application of digital scenarios.The effectiveness of the people's liveli-hood is not clear,the level of platform construction is not high,and the public participation is not active.Based on this,we propose a multi-dimensional optimization path to enhance the public welfare of technology sinking,improve the digital litera-cy of grassroots organizations,and enrich digital application scenarios,in order to provide reference for the construction of digital villages in ethnic poverty alleviation areas.
