摘要
乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容和有力支撑.基于系统动力学的分析,乡村文化振兴动力系统包含基础动力、内生动力、外生动力和支撑动力等动力要件,是由物质、历史、理论、文化、人才、社会、领导和规制等要素有机构成.乡村文化振兴动力系统的运行逻辑呈现"党和政府—社会组织—人民群众"协同合作模式,强调乡村文化振兴的多元主体参与,以增加整体力量来促进乡村文化振兴;在模型上搭建"输入—输出—反馈"为主体架构的运行回路,完成对乡村文化振兴动力的要素解构与运行建构,为乡村文化振兴提供深化拓展的方向.
Abstract
Rural cultural revitalization is an important content and strong support of rural revitalization.Based on the analy-sis of system dynamics,the driving force system of rural cultural revitalization includes basic driving force,endogenous driv-ing force,exogenous driving force and supporting driving force,among which the four driving forces are organized by materi-al,history,theory,culture,talent,society,leadership and regulation.The operation logic of the driving force of rural cultural revitalization has formed a cooperative mode of"Party and government-social organizations-people"in the mode,emphasizing the multi-subject participation of rural cultural revitalization to enhance the overall strength to promote rural cultural revital-ization.The operation loop of"input-output-feedback"as the main structure is built on the model,which completes the de-construction and operation construction of the elements of the revitalization of rural culture,and provides the direction for deepening and expanding the revitalization of rural culture.
