摘要
农民能力建设是农民综合素质提升的关键.在乡村振兴背景下推动农民能力建设,提高农民文化知识水平是基础,提升农民抉择、创新和致富能力是重要方面.加强农民能力建设,有利于农民自身美好生活的实现、全面乡村振兴的实现、共同富裕的实现.加强农民能力建设,要坚持正确的问题导向,围绕农民文化水平不高、抉择能力较弱、创新能力欠缺、致富能力不强等问题,提出在党的领导下加大知识资源供给、增强信息筛选技能培训、强化政策制定、增强增收稳定性等对策,以助力农民不断提升能力,推进乡村振兴.
Abstract
Capacity building of farmers is the key to improving the overall quality of farmers.In the context of rural revital-ization,in order to promote capacity building of farmers,improving the cultural and intellectual level of farmers is the founda-tion,and enhancing the abilities of farmers to make choices,innovate and get rich is the key.Strengthening farmers'capacity building is conducive to the realization of a better life for farmers,the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization and the realization of common prosperity for farmers.In order to strengthen the capacity building of farmers,it is necessary to ad-here to the correct problem orientation,discuss the dilemmas of farmers'capacity building in the new era in terms of their in-sufficient knowledge,competence and weak decision-making ability,lack of innovation ability,and weak ability to become rich,and put forward countermeasures such as increasing the supply of knowledge resources,enhancing the guidance of train-ing,strengthening the supply of policies,and enhancing the stability of income generation under the leadership of the Commu-nist Party of China.We should assist farmers in continuously improving their abilities,and advance comprehensive rural revi-talization.
