摘要
湖南作为农业大省,城乡融合发展对于现代化新湖南建设具有重要意义,它通过推动高质量发展、构建新发展格局以及促进共同富裕,对现代化新湖南建设起到积极的推动作用.但湖南省在城乡融合发展过程中,仍存在县域经济发展不均衡、城乡产业体系构建不完善、城乡要素发展协调性不足、城乡公共产品供给不均衡等问题.基于此,应依托县域经济发展、完善产业体系建设、挖掘数字经济发展潜力、均衡城乡公共产品供给,以突破当前城乡融合发展瓶颈,进一步推动现代化新湖南建设.
Abstract
Hunan Province is a large agricultural province,and its integrated development of urban and rural areas is of great significance for the construction of modern new Hunan.It plays a significant role in promoting high-quality develop-ment,constructing a new development pattern,and advancing common prosperity,thus actively contributing to the construc-tion of modern new Hunan.However,in the process of urban-rural integration,Hunan Province still faces several challenges,including unbalanced county-level economic development,an imperfect industrial system between urban and rural areas,in-sufficient coordination in the development of urban and rural elements,and unequal supply of urban and rural public goods.Based on these problems,we propose a series of strategic recommendations,including relying on the development of county-level economy,improving the construction of industrial system,exploring the potential of the digital economy,and balancing the supply of urban and rural public goods,to break through the current bottleneck in urban-rural integration and further pro-mote the construction of a modern new Hunan.
