Taking Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example,starting from the cur-rent situation of vocational skill level assessment and appraisal in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of vocational skill level assessment and appraisal under the background of intelligence.It emphasizes the transformation of talent demand in the polymer ma-terials industry under the background of intelligence.The"1+X"polymer material quality con-trol vocational level certificate will be an effective means to accelerate the rapid combination of talent and enterprise development and upgrading,and cultivate talents who are urgently needed to adapt to modern polymer material intelligent factories.Promote the deep integration of indus-try and education through certificate application,shorten the talent training cycle of enterprises,and promote the improvement of talent quality.
