摘要

发展乡村经济,推动乡村振兴,人才振兴是关键.新时代背景下,培养符合时代要求的本土型、创新型、责任型旅游专业人才,对高校旅游管理专业显得越发重要而紧迫.基于"三螺旋"理论视角,在利益分配机制和保障评价机制下,构建政府、高校、企业三方深度融合的协同育人机制,发挥高校推动、企业拉动和政府保障的协同作用,破解高校、企业、政府协同育人过程中融合不深、动力不足的关键问题.通过完善人才培养方案、搭建人才培养对话交流平台以及开展专项实习等途径推动校政企三方合作,共同培养符合要求的旅游管理专业人才,助力乡村振兴.

Abstract

To develop rural economy and promote rural revitalisation,talent revitalisation is the key.Under the background of the new era,it is more and more important and urgent to cultivate local,innovative,and responsible tourism professionals who meet the requirements of the times for tourism management specialty in universities.Based on the perspective of the"triple helix"theory,under the benefit distribution mechanism and the guarantee evaluation mechanism,we build a collaborative education mechanism that integrates the government,universities,and en-terprises in depth.Playing the synergistic roles of university promotion,enterprise pull and gov-ernment guarantee,cracking the key problems of the lack of deep integration and insufficient mo-tivation in the process of collaborative education among universities,enterprises and the govern-ment.Through improving the talent cultivation program,setting up a dialogue and exchange platform for talent cultivation,and carrying out special internships and other ways to promote tripartite cooperation among universities,governments and enterprises,so as to jointly cultivate tourism management professionals in line with the requirements and promote rural revitalization.
