摘要

党的二十大以来,我国开启了中国式现代化的新征程.中国式现代化离不开职业院校的发展,离不开千千万万的技术技能型人才.在中国特色社会主义新时代,应更加重视职业院校文化育人,更加重视文化育人模式创新,培育德智体美劳全面发展的新型人才.从当前职业院校文化育人存在的问题出发,分析新时代职业院校文化育人常见的几种模式,提出新时代职业院校文化育人模式创新的策略,具有鲜明的时代价值.职业院校应当大力加强新时代文化育人模式创新,努力走出一条适合我国国情和符合中国式现代化要求的职业院校特色化发展之路.

Abstract

Since the 20th CPC National Congress,China has embarked on a new journey of Chinese-style modernization.The modernization of China can not be achieved without the development of voca-tional colleges and the thousands of skilled personnel.In the new era of socialism with Chinese character-istics,more attention should be paid to the cultural education in vocational colleges and the innovation of cultural education models,in order to cultivate new talents who are well-developed in all aspects of mo-rality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.Starting from the existing problems in the cul-tural education of vocational colleges,this paper analyzes several common models for cultural education in vocational colleges in the new era,and proposes innovative strategies for cultural education in voca-tional colleges in the new era,which have distinct value for the times.We should vigorously strengthen the innovation of cultural education modes in vocational colleges in the new era,and strive to explore a path of distinctive development for vocational colleges that suits the national conditions and meets the re-quirements of Chinese modernization.
