摘要

隧道开展衬砌混凝土施工时可能会出现膨胀缝渗水、变形缝渗水等细部渗水问题,这类问题产生原因主要在于止水带安装固定效果不佳或衬砌混凝土后方积水难以通过止水带排出引发.为此,依托渝昆高铁长水机场隧道工程实践进行分析,采用带有U形槽的可排式止水带取代常规传统止水带结构,强化止水带排水和引水功能,并采用半凸型钢筋卡辅助定位中埋式止水带,有效解决了止水带在混凝土浇筑施工过程中脱落、错位等问题.工程实践表明,采用文中措施后,止水带安装效果良好,排水效果提升,完成施工后衬砌混凝土并未出现渗水漏水等问题.

Abstract

During the construction of tunnel lining concrete,there may be water seepage in the expansion joints,deformation joints and other details.The main reasons for such problems are the poor installation and fixation effect of waterstop or the difficulty of draining the water behind the lining concrete through the waterstop.Therefore,based on the analysis of the engineering practice of Changshui Airport Tunnel of Chongqing Kunming high-speed railway,the drainage and water diversion functions of the waterstop are strengthened by using the drainage waterstop with U-shaped groove instead of the conventional traditional waterstop structure,and the semi convex steel bar clamp is used to assist in positioning the buried waterstop,which effectively solves the problems of the waterstop falling off and dislocation during the concrete pouring con-struction.The engineering practice shows that the waterstop installation effect is good,the drainage effect is improved,and the lining concrete does not appear water leakage and other prob-lems after the construction.
