摘要
探究BIM协同管理平台对施工项目成本管理的控制效果.以山西省吕梁市某拆迁安置项目为工程案例,采用Revit软件组成BIM协同管理平台,旨在提升施工项目管理的效率、降低施工项目成本.结果表明,采用BIM技术进行建设工程成本控制可显著提高核算和计量的准确性,实时提供成本信息,帮助建筑企业灵活调整成本策略和合理配置资金,最终使项目成本控制效果有了显著提升.
Abstract
The control effect of BIM collaborative management platform on construction project cost management is explored.Taking a demolition and resettlement project in Luliang City,Shanxi Province as an engineering case,the BIM collaborative management platform is composed of Revit software to improve the efficiency of construction project management and reduce the cost of construction projects.The results show that using BIM Technology for construction pro-ject cost control can significantly improve the accuracy of accounting and measurement,provide real-time cost information,help construction enterprises flexibly adjust cost strategies and rea-sonably allocate funds,and finally significantly improve the effect of project cost control.
