摘要

新文科建设应借助人工智能、云计算等智慧手段,发展校际协同发展的虚拟仿真教学模式.法学专业虚拟仿真教学是创新教学模式,提升教学质量和效率的重要方式.目前,各高校普遍存在课程创新不足、教学资源缺乏维护等问题,虚拟仿真教学与法科生之间并未形成专业且高效的连接通道.因此,各院校应结合新文科建设提出的新要求、新期望,从专项经费支持、开发挖掘教学资源,提升教学系统人机交互水平,加强校内、校际教学交流合作等途径,完善新文科建设与法学虚拟仿真教学间的发展链条,为法学教学实验、实训中的困难和问题提供新的解决路径.

Abstract

The construction of new liberal arts should rely on intelligent means such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing to develop the virtual simulation teaching mode of inter school collaborative develop-ment.The virtual simulation teaching of law major is an important way to innovate the teaching mode and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.At present,there are many problems in colleges and universi-ties,such as lack of curriculum innovation,lack of maintenance of teaching resources,and so on.There is no professional and efficient connection between virtual simulation teaching and law students.Therefore,colleges and universities should improve the development chain between the construction of the new liberal arts and the virtual simulation teaching of law,and provide new solutions to the difficulties and problems in law teaching experiments and training,through the support of special funds,the development and mining of teaching resources,the improvement of the level of human-computer interaction in the teaching system,and the strengthening of intra school and inter school teaching exchanges and cooperation.
