高职"双师型"教师分层分类培养体系构建与实施路径研究

摘要
分析当前高职院校"双师型"教师培养中存在的主要问题及产生的原因,指出了"双师型"教师分层分类培养的必要性,提出基于"双师型"教师素质和能力的关键指标,并通过建立"两大类型、三个层级"的"双师型"教师队伍培养管理机制,打造"校企共建和校内校外结合"的多元立体化"双师型"教师培养体系,实施分层分类精准培养教师"双师"能力.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the current"double qualified"teacher training in higher vocational colleges,points out the necessity of hierarchical and classi-fied training of"double qualified"teachers,puts forward the key indicators based on the quality and ability of"double qualified"teachers,and through the establishment of"two types and three levels"of"double qualified"teacher team training management mechanism,creates a diversified and three-dimensional"double qualified"teacher training system of"joint construction of school and enterprise and the combination of inside and outside school",and implements hierarchical and classified accurate training of teachers'"double qualified"ability.
