中式螺旋式思维对英语作文篇章组织结构的影响

摘要
语言是思维的外壳,思维是语言的脊梁.中西思维方式的差异,即中式思维对英语写作的负迁移,是中国学生英语作文出现问题的重要原因之一.比较了中式螺旋式思维方式与西式直线式思维方式的特点并分析中式螺旋式思维对英文篇章结构的影响.在中式螺旋式思维影响之下,学生往往在开头段抓小放大,忽略了中心思想,中间段做不到纲举目张,条理清晰,而结尾段又往往哗众取宠.中式螺旋式思维对英文作文的开头、主体和结尾段的危害值得教师和学生的高度重视.
Abstract
Language is the outer shell of thinking and thinking is the backbone of language.The differences in thinking modes,or the negative transfer of Chinese thinking modes are one of ma-jor reasons leading to the problems in the English writing of the Chinese students.In this essay,the different characteristics of the Chinese spiral thinking mode and western linear thinking mode are first compared,followed by the great negative impact of the Chinese spiral thinking mode on the structure and organization of the composition.Under the spiral thinking mode,students will focus on the minor part instead of the key issue,the thesis statement at the introductory part,fail to organize the ideas in logical and good order in the body and tend to express in empty and flashy words in the conclusion part.The negative effect of the spiral thinking on the organization and structure should be give due attention to by both teachers and students themselves.
