摘要

本文以交通强国国家战略为驱动,结合地方交通需求和专业培养目标,探讨了全周期阶梯式培养的"大思政课"体系内涵.以大学生全周期培养的视角,探析职业类院校路桥工程专业群大学生的阶梯性特征,从课堂教学体系、实践教学模式、课堂外育人环境和多维评价体系等4个方面进行讨论和探索,构建了目标明确、内容完善、运行合理、实施高效的贯穿全培养周期的"大思政课"体系,为交通运输类专业群课程思政的阶梯式推进提供理论借鉴.

Abstract

The study,driven by the national strategy of a country with strong transportation network,combining with local transportation needs and professional training aim,probed into the connotation of"great ideological and political course"system for the full training cycle.From the perspective of full-cy-cle training of college students,it analyzed the step characteristics of college students majoring in road and bridge engineering in vocational colleges,explored four aspects of classroom teaching system,practi-cal teaching mode,education environment outside the classroom and multi-dimensional rating system,built a great ideological and political course system with clear goals,complete contents,reasonable oper-ation and efficient implementation throughout the full training cycle.It provided a theoretical reference for the stepwise promotion of ideological and political courses for transportation professional group.
